A lifelong learner with a global outlook, Raquelle is committed to helping people and organisations spark meaningful, lasting change. With over a decade in communications and a Master of Science in Persuasive Communications from the University of Amsterdam, she brings together behavioural science, psychology, and creativity to design human-centred, evidence-based strategies.

Her career has taken her from running public health campaigns in rural Africa to leading community engagement and language revitalization initiatives in Canada. She has designed programs addressing maternal and child nutrition, championed Indigenous language revitalization, and built culture-led campaigns that expand youth clinic use and drive large-scale, multi-lingual responses to the toxic drug crisis.

Raquelle is also the co-founder of Bombshell Brunches, a podcast and community where changemakers share honest conversations and inspiration. Whether working across continents, producing campaigns, or catching up over a strong coffee, she is driven by the same goal: building healthier, more connected communities.
